- It’s quite an excellent place for everyone to experience serenity in a family-oriented resort set-up

- Outside food and drinks are allowed for the entire duration of your stay

- Common Kitchen for guests to use- Gas Stove - ( Kitchen wares/ utensils are available ) - Charged is Php450/day.

- Early check in and late check out can be arranged , subject to availability of the room

- Free parking lot inside the property is available for guest’s convenience

- Wifi is not available but data usage for Globe and Smart are quite stable in the place

- The Resort is animal-friendly so pets are welcome

- Toiletries are not provided so guests are encouraged to bring their own. Towel is upon request.

- Ihawan ( Grilling station) is available for use

Barjj Floating restaurant located nearby is highly recommended for their sumptuous cuisines while enjoying the scenery of Uacon Lake (dine in or delivery available )

- Breakfast is available upon request

- Kayak and Paddle - anytime of the day - 250 pesos for two hours

- Paddle is recommended in the morning as the beach is calm

- Afternoon is best spent with kayaking or sight-seeing with your fave ice cold beer

-Videoke rental is available (1500 pesos for 24 hours) - just let us know in advance ; or you can simply bring your own - note: 10pm is the cutoff of videoke session.

-Volleyball net and ball is available upon request.

- Guests will experience to meet fish vendors offering their “ Catch of the Day” at the lowest price and freshest state

- Sta Cruz Public Market is nearby if you want to have firsthand market experience

- Travel Time from Manila to Istana is approx 5 to 6 hours not including all your stopover

- Pls be informed that POTIPOT Island is still closed for Tourist at this time
